NetTrack – The free geographical network monitor for your traffic
Normally users don’t know what’s exactly happening on their PC’s and apparently there is a lot going on. Especially since the introduction of Microsoft Windows 10 a lot of different software is communicating all over the world.
This free software gives a graphical overview of which software is communicating to what service and try’s to locate them on the map.
The map can be moved around by drag & drop and the mouse wheel can be used to zoom in / out. Clicking the red X beside process will terminate the process.
(Only available if the Microsoft Network Monitor is installed, it can be downloaded for free from Microsoft)
- The software can also measure how much data is transferred
- Read SSL Handshake packages to guess the service name (it doesn’t encrypt the packages)
